Dr. Lillian Clark is the Programme Leader for MSc Digital Marketing. After 20 years in the Telecommunications industry in a variety of IT and Marketing roles, she returned to academia to complete her PhD in Online Consumer behaviour at the University of York, and was on the faculty of the University of Portsmouth prior to joining Northumbria University London Campus in 2016.
Her current research interests include social media practices of SMEs, the role of culture in e-commerce design, and online consumer behaviour of older adults. She has successfully supervised PhD students in a variety of Digital Marketing topics. She is a full Member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
