MA Project Management (part-time)
Having only started the MA in Project Management programme in February I have already found all the new knowledge I have gained in Module One ‘Leadership Identity and Leadership’ thus far invaluable in many respects. Since this module I successfully completed a rather intense 4 rounds of interviewing and have been hired as a Business Analyst for a private bank in the city. The even greater part is the progression I was guaranteed within the next 2 years, leading as a Project Manager for the organisation upon completion of this programme.
What I really wanted to give feedback on was how crucial and invaluable ‘Leadership Identity and Leadership’ module was in assisting me with getting through the interview process mentioned. Using self-awareness, reflection and critical thinking I found myself carefully thinking, moderating my behaviour and responses in accordance with all the feedback I received from the self-analysis. It was definitely instrumental in my success. So I wish to say thank you to the lecturers and team.
