Dr Archana Shankar completed doctorate in the area of Organisational Behaviour from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, New Delhi, India, 2015. She also holds a B.E Computer Science Engineering (2006, Anna University, Chennai, India) and an MBA in Human Resource and Systems (2008, Anna University, Chennai, India). She was awarded FHEA ( Fellow – Higher Education Academy, UK, April, 2021, & SFHEA, December 2023) and completed CIPD Level 5 (Learning and Development (Dec 2021) & APM- PFQ (July 2023). She has over 17 years of teaching and research experience, with books and articles in leading publications.
Her areas of interests include Leadership, Organisational Culture, Quality Management, Organisational Development and Change Management. She presently works with Northumbria University, London Campus, UK as Deputy Associate Dean and Head of the Department, MSc International Project Management, teaching postgraduate courses (Level 7) in the Business Management.
