Dr. Mojdeh Mehrganrad is a programme leader for Graduate Certificate Pre-Masters Business and BA (Hons) Business and a Lecturer in Research Method Master Dissertation at the London Campus, where she has started as a faculty member recently. Mojdeh’s background ranges from Organisational Behaviour, HR management, Advanced Statistics, Change Management, Marketing and Business Administration.
Mojdeh is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and had previously worked at the University of Surrey as a Business tutor to International students as well as an associate lecturer in the University of Surrey Business School.
Mojdeh has completed her PhD in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Surrey (2014-2018). In addition to her Doctorate degree, she has Master of Business Administration (MBA), BA degrees in English literature and language. Her research interests lie in the area of employees’ engagement, employees’ emotion and workplace friendship. She has collaborated actively with researchers in several other areas, particularly in Leadership and Identity. She has published and presented her research at nationally and internationally recognised academic conferences. She has also volunteered her time to review and provide unbiased feedback on manuscripts within the field of organizational behaviour, HR management and Leadership for the Academy of Management Journals as well as a reviewer of the University of Surrey Undergraduate Journal.
In her spare time, Mojdeh enjoys listening to music, dancing, travelling, playing tennis and reading.
